「Huge room so space to spread out. Conveniently located close to huge Albertsons and easy access to Carlsbad Caverns. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is on the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great option for staying in Carlsbad」

「Best place to stay in Carlsbad NM. Clean, pleasant facility. Free breakfast was very good. Beds were soft for my liking, but slept well. Didn’t use the pool or gym. We were there to see the cavern. We would stay here again, if ever in the area.」

「To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.」

「This didn’t feel like typical marriotts, we are platinum elite and stay at Marriott’s a lot and this one was disappointing. We had our granddaughters with us and they wanted to swim, pool was out of order. Beds were very hard, breakfast was not that good and the bold coffee was like drinking a cup of hot water. Being there on the 4th and not having the pool working is not acceptable especially since I noticed a review a few days before ours that said pool was out of order then too.」

「Be mindful of the directions when using maps. It routed us an hour out of the way thru a dark, isolated canyon with no wifi. Once we backtracked out of the canyon, the owner sent me her location and we found it. She is concerned and will get with tech to fix that. She checked us in with our late night arrival. The key card worked but didn’t open the door. Someone else came to assist us. Still couldn’t get the door to open with the card. We only stayed one night and the room was perfect for a...

「Very worn property. The bathroom was not clean. There was very little light, the air conditioning worked fine, but was extremely loud. I was not happy that they turned off my cardkey 1 1/2 hours before checkout time, so I had 2 bags locked in the room.」
