「Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

「Solid 4 stars hotel. Modern, clean and good quality breakfast. The Suite room single sofa bed is comfortable enough for an additional adult 」

「Excelente localização, pertinho do centro histórico. Quarto limpíssimo. Recepção impecável e atenciosa. Amei tudo na estadia.」

「Nice breakfast ready in the morning」

「Nice staff and good breakfast. Hotel is very clean with modern facilities. Couldn’t expect more.」

「Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. 「The best place to stay in the Dolomites, hands down!」

「4 *」

「The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...

「Super Zimmer, sauber und großzügig. Super nettes Personal. Jederzeit wieder!」

「Good location, good service and with nice view at the rooftop restaurant. Big shopping mall with a big supermarket nearby the hotel.」

「Great property! 2 bedroom/1 bath. Large modern bath with washer/dryer combo. Lovely wood interior, very cabin feel but also modern. Full kitchen with full plates/pans etc. panini press, iron etc. just complete. Clean and beautiful. Located on quiet street. Views from balcony breathtaking. Person checking us in super helpful and friendly all around a great experience. Also go directly to nearby residence Kristall to check in.」

「very close to the train station and the plaza. the room is sparkling clean.」
