"There was no water pressure in our room. Unable to take a shower and sink was a trickle. Reported to front desk night before and next AM. We were in a handicap accessible room 3rd floor, 2nd building. Floor also smelt like someone was smoking an illegal substance. Other guests had similar complaint"

"Best thing about the property was its location. Centrally located. Most attractions were within minutes in either direction. The suite was roomy but the TVs were oddly located in a recessed shelf in the wall that prevented it from being viewed anywhere but on the couch. The bathroom didn't have a fan which seemed odd. Initially the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but after housekeeping sprayed the room it helped a bit. For the cost of the suite, the stay was just so-so. Probably won't book another stay here. "

"If you want dirty hotel rooms, smell of weed in the buildings, cold pools and lumpy mattresses stay here. "

"We stayed here once before and liked it so much we returned. This will be out new go to place since our old one in the Dells is now gone. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and this place looks brand new! Location is also in the middle of everything you need or want in the Dells!"
