Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa
The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good.

This place should be burned to the ground and rebuilt. The only good thing about this place is Juan, the night manager. He made checking in quick and easy. But, when i walked in my room i was met by 3 huge cockroaches!!! I didn't even put my bags down i closed the door and went back to the lobby ...

Ayres Hotel Rialto Fontana
The pool needs more maintenance. There was alge on the sides. There was plenty of chlorine but it didn’t seem to have any phosphates!! Your cool deck isn’t very good, I felt my feet were getting way too hot. There was a glass bottle by the pool and the ne of the umbrellas didn’t work.
