"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"This location is away from a lot of places. It’s located in a business park and was sufficient enough for a night stay. It is not upscale as described. "

"Malgré un bâtiment vieillot , la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres , la literie confortable , l'équipe accueillante , et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié , dans un site calme . Petit plus , la kitchenette ; très appréciable . Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cette résidence . J'y reviendrais volontiers . "
