The building is in a rundown state, room lights insufficient, insufficient power points. I paid for breakfast but hotel stopped providing breakfast long ago. I got cheated by Expedia and the hotel. No refund although I contacted Expedia customer service. I was charged RM150 (USD33) for breakfast for 2 days.

Location of the property was nice. Just right at the corner there’s a very nice Chinese restaurant - Chris corner. However, the toilet was stucked when we try to flush. Was worried that it would overflow to the floor. Eiks!

Executive only in its grimness.
Grim. Very dirty. Problems with water supply. Restaurant and coffee shop permanently closed. No room service. No service! No room cleaning carried out. reception generally not manned and no operator. It’s not clear who would want to stay here. Avoid.

Thank you for informing us all these bad happenings . Actually , our rooms are clean . The guest report is not true. Room service is on every day unless the guest didn't want to service. Our reception generated for 24 hours a day. Water problem only for few hours due to pump suddenly damaged , immediate repair was taken up.

Sorry , our hotel own restaurant & Coffee House are closed temporarily but there are restaurants & coffee shops all around our hotel and one shopping mall just next to our hotel.
