Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.

Our stay was wonderful. Mi mi one of the hostesses was a delight. Super kind and helpful. Honestly the entire staff was so kind not just to us but I overhead them with all the guests and they were so kind and hospitable. Honestly the best experience hospitality wise I’ve had at a hotel. It has all the amenities at most hotels so for me the staff is what stood out. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal stay, from beginning to end, from the free complementary drinks, to the room changes on account of the construction next door, help tracking down my phone I forgot in the tax, to organizing my transportation to nearby Hoi An and the Ba Na Hills/Golden Bridge. Such great hosts, reception, through and through. Will absolutely stay there again next time I am in Da Nang.
