「They advertise a pool and it’s the middle of summer and it’s closed. Also, their mention of a breakfast we all in and there are 2 different cereals a waffle machine maker an apple and orange juice machine which dispenses only water. Very disappointing.」

「We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

「I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly. I appreciate the stay at best Western. Thank you so much for asking my opinion. Keep doing what you’re doing and hiring.」

「The 1st room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. We were moved to another room. This room smelled great, BUT had cockroaches.」

「They kicked me and my husband out because my dog was supposed to be on the leash and they never told us when we checked in. The "manager" also took a photo of me showing proof that my dog was on leash.」
