「Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

「We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...

「Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. 「Le sol était froid malgré le chauffage. Le chauffage de la salle de bains est vieillissant (un vieux radiateur soufflant) qui penne à faire monter en température puis le logement n’est pas isolé, il est dans son jus. Pas de restaurant ouvert mi avril à moins de 35 minutes de route.」

「Petit écrin de calme et de convivialité dans un minuscule village hors du temps. Le logement est délicat, bien décoré, d'un calme absolu et les hôtes sont tous les deux charmants et attentionnés. La rivière offre sa fraicheur à 50m tout au plus, avec sa berge ombragée.」
