"The room was dusty, the microwave in the room wasnt plugged in, the TV only had one channel. The breakfast was unappealing, the waffles were horrible. "

"We did not get a breakfast. The telephone in the room was broken,the sliding door was so hard to push open or close. We had to call the maintenance man to get the tv to work. So many things had gone wrong we didn’t even try the shower. We had gone here for our 56th anniversary so we were very disappointed."
