「Absence of a working restaurant was a disappointment.」

「Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel」

「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. 「Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, Top Lage, Haustiere willkommen」

「Clean room」

「Spacious and clean rooms.」

「We had a wonderful room with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread fruits and yogurt, cheese and cold cuts, choice of coffees, and eggs (which we did not try). Nice restaurant with excellent food although we only eat a simple cooked cheese meal the night we arrived. They also allowed us to check out late to fit with the timing of our train. Very friendly and professional.」

「Gratis Parkplatz. Sehr ruhige Umgebung.」
