「The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. 」

「SÚPER BUEN ALOJAMIENTO. El hotel está limpio y grande, las habitaciones de perfecto tamaño y amenidades, el personal es muy amable. Está justo enfrente de la estación Termini, lo cual facilita muchísimo el transporte, tanto para metro y tren. También tiene un mini market justo cruzando la calle, y está muy bien surtido y precio excelente. No duden en alojarse aquí !! Sin duda volvería !」

「Very reasonable price with its location just 5 mins walk to Terminis station. There are lots of restaurant or pizzaria around and a supermarket(incoop, the name of it) to get some supplies such as water. Just make sure you get yourself the right place to check in. Its Hotel Ciao to stay, but you need to check in/out at Hotel Luciani which is about 2 mins walking distance between each other. The room we stayed is pretty big. We have 2 big suitcases, even you open the suitcases there's still...
