「I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are exceptionaly friendly and helpfull - they go above and beyond expectations.The hotel is set in extensive grounds with lots of palm trees with a large pool to swim or relax by. 「The room had no remote to the tv, the phone did not work, the room door would not stay shut unless it was locked, the hot water went out and the staff took over an hour to bring our food. The breakfast was not nice, was told they reheat the food by microwave which means it wasn’t freshly made. More than likely will not be staying again.」

I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet.
