「I was upgraded to the loft style which was much bigger than the standard. I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely was close in proximity to everything! I will admit the wifi was the worst part of my trip. I was rarely in my room but when I was it was very spotty. The gym..unfortunately was a disappointment also. I made the best of it.」

「there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.」

My room was cleaned daily by the very sweet Paulina who didn't hesitate in accommodating me.However,there was one incident I experience in the cafe on 2/13 around 3 pm. The young lady served me, took it unpon her self to keep my 30 cedis. It was an incident that you don't know- what just happen. I like The Roots and I would stat again. 」
