「Espace, personnel, piscine」

「L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. Enfin, le lit double était incroyablement bruyant et inconfortable, à tel point que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir dans une autre chambre à l'autre bout...

「This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll.」

「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. 「La chambre était parfaite ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pu davantage profiter du lieu pour cause de visites touristiques sur la Loire. Une prochaine fois, nous nous promettons de prendre le temps pour lire dans le salon ou dans le vaste parc.」
