Good stop over Hotel for night in Tours. Easy to get to and walk round sites.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Only down side was the breakfast it was good but I felt like it could have better options for children there was no hot water to make a tea nor for milk for my baby.

The hotel itself was good. Clean room without any issues. Parking was the problem. Parking is overly complicated, and the ramp caused €2,300 damage to my BMW. The ramp is quite literally the width of my 5 series. The narrowest ramp I have seen in all of France. You would have thought I was trying to bring a Phantom through that ramp because it was nearly impossible not to scrape your car. If you have a small European car, there is no issue, but if you have a larger car, you should absolutely avoid parking at this location. I absolutely regret staying there and parking there. The hotel itself is fine, but the parking situation should be avoided. Park elsewhere and walk there or take an Uber. Stay was nice and finding the location was easy enough.

Rien à dire sur l’accueil. Climatisation non réglable Des cheveux collés au carrelage dans la douche Petit déjeuner catastrophique : pas de place assise, pas de couverts (uniquement des couteaux), pas de fruits, personnel mal aimable quand vous réclamez ce dont vous avez besoin. + de 176€ la facture c’est inadmissible

Hotel Mercure très médiocre

Hôtel très moyen pour un hôtel Mercure. Fenêtre qui donne sur la gare de Tours avec le bruit des trains. Eau à disposition dans un réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas. Le niveau de prix ne correspond absolument pas au niveau de l'hôtel. A éviter, il y a bien mieux à Tours au même tarif.

Odeurs chimique désagréable

Très bonne isolation phonique et thermique... Qui rend inefficace et pratiquement impossible l'ouverture des fenêtres. Ce qui n'aurait pas été un soucis si la literie n'avait pas sentie une odeur de produite chimique style acétone ou alcool à bruler ! Horrible. Très mal dormi.

Niveau rapport qualité prix pas vraiment respecté

Le lit n’était pas confortable du tout avec un creux au milieu car le grand lit était au fait deux lit simple collé la baignoire était réparé avec des rustine en silicone, le p’tit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas agréable il n’y avait plus de jus d’orange ni de jus de pomme ni de multivitaminé un machine à café sur les deux était en panne

Hôtel en fin de vie. Le mobilier des chambres est vieillot la salle de bain est vieillissante, les couloirs font penser à une maison de retraite la climatisation d un autre temps pas de réglage possible c est 1 ou 2. Un point positif les hôtesses d accueil qui sont souriantes et agréables. Des amis étaient dans un ibis sur tours qui étaient bien mieux que le mercure ! Ce n est absolument pas un 4*! Nous n avons pas osé tester le pdj a 17€40.
