"We arrived late and night and the man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, the rooms were big, they had AC and the bar was open late. We had a great night rest. The hotel is next door to an Aldi market which is also very convenient. Definitely recommend 👌."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."

"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. Our room had staining around the toilet bowl no shower curtain so the floor was flooded and dangerous. There was...

"Breakfast was disappointing for gluten free options. Room was functional, been a while since a deep clean."

"Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."
