We stayed here for one night as a stop on a family road trip with young kids. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not only affecting basic internet use but also making it impossible to use the TV services. When we asked for help, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The décor was another disappointment: it felt cold, harsh, and cheaply done, with no soft touches to create a welcoming atmosphere. While the room was acceptably tidy, the floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and the bathtub didn’t look spotless — enough so that we chose not to use it. All in all, we didn’t feel this was good value for money. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

L’accueil est parfait, le personnel très souriant. Les chambres sont propres et la literie très correcte toutefois c’est dommage de n’avoir qu’une chaise et un fauteuil très lourd à bouger pour manger alors qu’on était deux. Il y a bien une table basse mais à ce moment là il faut s’asseoir par terre

Voy a destacar la amabilidad del personal, encantadores. El hotel está bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, pero la cocina es enana y no da para cocinar nada, frigorífico mini. Corregir la información de que hay piscina y spa, no los hay. Bien comunicado con Arcachon y en un centro comercial en el que tienes de todo. En resumen, buena elección para una estancia corta, no para mucho más porque no se limpia durante toda la estancia.

Nous n'avons pas trop aimé la décoration mais c'est une question de gout.Par contre lors de notre départ on aurait préféré entendre "vous avez passé un bon séjour?" plutot que "c'est bon vous avez tout payé" Sinon c'est calme et on a bien dormi.
