「I will be very objective. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower and sink barely water coming out. I had to ask for maintenance to come and check it out. They did their best: very run down it seems like ut was a wonderful property back in the day but it felt like was totally abandoned. Staff looked unhappy. They never greeted us. I had to keep asking how are you.!! Breakfast was ok but felt understaffed and overwhelmed. 」

「A nôtre arrivée la chambre semblait propre mais avec une forte odeur à désinfectant, il a fallu que j'ouvre les portes et la fenêtre de la toilette pendant quelques heures pour que l'odeur se dissipe un peu, cependant le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant nôtre séjour de 3 nuits! Mêmes servillettes et mêmes draps les 3 jours et la corbeille à papiers dans la toilette était pleine à craquer car personne venait pour nettoyer la.chambre. Le personnel etait aimable et les déjeuners étaient bons. 」

Not only did they make you feel right at home, but they were extremely accommodating. They drove us in and out of town at any time of day which was perfect. We were able to enjoy the beautiful views and surroundings of their home while still having perfect access to town. Katia assisted us in organizing our day trips which we greatly appreciated. 「El hotel es increible, la propiedad , la playa privada , la paz y tranquilidad, la villa es simplemente perfecta, muy bien construida con ventilacion ,vista , privacidad y espacio. La comida es 100 veces superior a lo que comimos durante nuestro viaje a Nicaragua. El personal es muy amable. Un 100 , me encantaria volver. 」

「Upon check in we did not get any info if there is wifi, they didn’t tell us that the hotel lobby doors are locked past a certain hour. So we might have not been able to get into our room. Rooms were small and very out of date. Not clean. 」
