"Lovely hotel close to centre. Clean and welcoming. Ample breakfast. Free Secure parking. Couldn’t fault it would recommend also la Perla restaurant ( recommended by hotel) is close by and was very tasty and good value. Will return 👍👍👍 "

"I recently stayed at Hotel Davinci and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room conditions were unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was not working properly. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to get any rest. I even tried changing rooms, but the situation did not improve and I still could not sleep. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support afterward. I contacted Expedia to request a partial credit because the room price had dropped to less than half of what I originally paid in advance. After reaching out to customer service, I was simply told they were sorry and that nothing could be done. There was no attempt to offer any solution—not even a room upgrade or a small goodwill gesture. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not what I expected. I would not recommend staying here. "

"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."

"Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building. Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why). But overall was good, we would stay again. Canadian couple in for the winter games. "
