「Traveling with children, we had a wonderful experience. The pool was excellent and perfect for the family! We had a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded immediately and resolved the problem right away. Overall, communication with the host was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!」

「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.」

「Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. The sofa bed had to be upgraded and the sofa wasn't as cleaned. Otherwise, i had a great time in the pools, music was great and food average. Palomino grill restaurant also had good food and pincho was a bit under cook.」

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
