「El hotel esta en construcción, no tiene recepción, las personas encargadas del cuidado de este hotel son muy ruidosas no respetan que hay huéspedes en el hotel. negocian la tarifa con los clientes en los corredores como si fuera un lugar por horas Lo peor en la madrugada despertando a los que estamos descansando. no se siente que sea un lugar seguro. Nunca me dieron factura aunque la pedí. No tienen información clara y se molestaron por preguntar.」

「Excellent location. The hotel is located in a perfect location for travel by taxi bus or walking. The staff at the hotel are excellent in every way. I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this...

「This hotel is very neat and clean! I was very surprised by the service provided, the room and all of the amenities needed to have a good stay. The hotel is very close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and the front desk lady and guy were amazing! I felt very safe and happy at this place. I was not expecting much because the price is very affordable and I was just needing a room to spend one night but I will choose this place again for a longer stay if needed! I highly recommend this...
