"Property had been closed for two weeks due to a storm. We were the only guests in house. The facility was sparkling clean, and the staff were great. The only downside was that because they only reopened 2 hours before we arrived, the pool did not have time to reheat, there was no fruit, milk or yogurt for the breakfast bar and both the internet and the elevator were still out and needing to be reset. "Staff could not have been any kinder. The location is excellent. It is a short distance to Houston, Pasadena, La Porte, Clear Lake and Galveston. It was December and I was not able to take advantage of the lovely pool. However, this was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the Wyman House!"

"Room smelled very musty, like maybe it’s a water leak issue. Sink didn’t have a rubber insert and you could see strait down into the sink drain. Linens were clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and stocked with shampoo etc. Overall it was ok. 2.5 out of 5 stars. "

"The price per night was the absolute best in the area. Renovations were underway so some rooms had some disrepair, like our bath tub had some rusted spots. Everything was clean, though we did find a roach in its death throes. We stayed multiple nights. We used the laundry facilities, wash was great but dryer needed 2 cycles to dry a full load. It is an extremely quiet place in spite of being at a busy intersection. Great staff and management. The latte machine was heaven sent. Overall, a great...
