"Great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean as was the reception area. We were able to park right in front -free street parking. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they gave us directions to the center of town which was an easy 15 minute walk and has lots of shops, restaurants etc. The area around the hotel is nice and there Is a cafe/bar/restaurant right next door as well as at the hotel. What a great hotel
"The hotel is stylish & up-market. it has a lovely swimming pool area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool bar was closed which was a shame during the daytime heat . The service in the restaurant was a bit slow but the food was very good and not overly priced. We would definitely stay here again as the hotel is very central and the town of Penafiel is lovely"
