「Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.」

「gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained 」

「The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.」
