It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a very welcome ceiling fan cooling the temperature. We were arriving late (then my flight was delayed further) and were asked to check in online before 11.00pm but this was complicated and wouldn't work for me. But all was well and there was someone on duty at reception to check us in. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Good location - easy walk into town/waterfront and plenty of buses nearby. Only negative was very limited cooking equipment and absence of cloths for wiping/cleaning. A kettle, cups/mugs and wiping cloths would have helped."

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff—they are amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The biggest downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the city center, which can be very inconvenient, especially if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing and exploring the main attractions. Overall, the staff really made the experience a positive one, but I would definitely consider the distance from the city center when booking."
