Staff don't speak English nor do they show interest in learning for increasing their own profits. Air-condition worked great in our unit. But the price for what you get is definitely way too high.

total scam - expect to pay twice what you paid
This apartment is a total scam. They advertise a good price and then charge you tons of extra fees once you arrive. The manager called us the day we were supposed to check in to tell us they would be charging us an extra 154 euros when the total price for our two-night stay was 200 euros. She said they charged an extra 40 euros extra for towels, an 40 euros extra for sheets, a 50 euros for the cleaning fee, and 14 euros for utilities.

Perfect Apartments with Genuinely Caring Staff
Arriving to La Maddalena was not the easiest of feats at first; not knowing Italian, maneuvering the public transportation system from Olbia to Palau proved to be a little difficult. But once arriving to La Maddalena I was very fortunate to have met the property manager for Le Vele, Melinda, and instantly I felt at home! Kind, caring, and best of all fluent in English, she was so accommodating and helpful. Over the course of my stay I literally would have been completely lost without her help, and I am forever grateful for the time that she took to make me feel at home and how she helped me maneuver around the difficulties of not speaking Italian. The apartments are spacious and fully-equiped, and despite few differences, they feel just like home. The island itself is completely amazing. There are crystal-clear waters, immense sea life, and some of the most breath-taking views you could possibly imagine! And with the city-center a short walk away, as well as public transportation most days, you're simply a stone's throw away from your ideal paradise. If you don't have a car rented, then be ready to learn about public transportation or do a lot of walking. It's not necessary for local outings, but if you plan on frequenting the beaches, especially in the off-season as I did, you've got a good day of hiking ahead of you. I most definitely will be back and I would suggest this to anyone who is looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

out of town location
The accommodation was out of town & not easy to find. Reception is shut at the weekend so you have to call them to arrange access. the room was modern, comfortable & because of the location quiet.

All’arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato due ragazze che fanno parte del personale gentili e molto cortesi, per quanto riguarda l’alloggio un pochino delusa, lo immaginavamo migliore.Sicuramente il corridoio di ingresso non fa un ottima impressione, andrebbe pulito più spesso.

Ok, könnte aber optimiert werden.
Das Studio ist von de Größe her ok, die Matratze im Schlafsofa eine Katastrophe. Man fühlt die einzelnen Federkerne! Die Dusche hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen und die Zufahrt zum 3-Fahrzeugeparkplarz für 20 Appartements ist eine Zumutung sofern man keinen 4x4 hat. Preis/Leistung ok.

Arrivé à l accueil vous tombez sur une femme qui ne vous regarde jamais, qui ne vous explique rien , qui seulement vous emmène à l appartement qui se trouve à 1 km de plus du centre par rapport à l annonce ! L appartement est pitoyable ! Il y a un scotch à la place de la poignée du frigo, porte de placard de la cuisine cassée, vaisselle pour 2 alors qu il y a 4 couchages, moustiques écrasés à coup de chaussures par tout sur les murs de la chambre, Clim cassée et qui sent très mauvais !!! Insonorisation catastrophique !! 4 nuits à ne pas dormir tellement on entends tous les bruits des voisins bruyants Et pour finir, nous cherchons toujours la salle de restaurant et de sport indiqué dans l annonce !! Bref !!! A fuir !!

Nell’offerta non era specificato che i servizi delle pulizie erano a pagamento e solo su richiesta. La struttura dove è ubicata la reception è quella delle foto ma la “residence” è da un altra parte. Lontana dal centro e senza vista che vedete nelle foto. Almeno o mettete le foto veritiere o specificare che gli appartamenti si trovano chissà dove e non in via Nenni. ;) almeno uno si regola ;) ah all’arrivo avevano dimenticato di fornirci gli asciugamani, il giorno dopo ci è stato lasciato solo uno e dopo la telefonata alla reception ci hanno risposto che se li vogliamo dobbiamo passare noi a prenderli. (15 min a piedi). Nemmeno la carta igienica o shampoo (1 rotolo e 1 bottiglietta per 5 giorni….)! Ps. Portatevi pure I zampironi perché la zona dove alloggiavano noi è invasa dalle zanzare ;) Sconsigliatissimo anche perché qualità prezzo non sono bilanciati neanche un po’.

Comme soulevé par un autre commentaire, que l’on remercie, la résidence Le Maree n’est pas située au même endroit que Le Vele (où est située la réception). La Résidence le Maree est située plus en contrebas, un peu plus à l’écart de la ville. La chambre est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et propre. L’isolation n’est pas excellente et la literie assez dure. Elle est en revanche bien placée pour accéder à l’île Caprera (juste à côté du pont). Pour deux nuits cela suffisait.

Cet hébergement est loin de tout il faut impérativement avoir une voiture. Le taxi revient très cher. Le logement est vieux et ne donne pas envie de rester du tout . Il y a aucun équipement, même pas le strict nécessaire. Nous sommes très déçus de plus que la résidence est divisée en deux lieux et nous avons été mis dans la résidence la plus isolée sans être prévenus alors que nous avons dit ne pas être véhiculés. De plus il n’y a aucune communication avec l’accueil.

Horrible et alerte arnaque !!! Attention lors du Check in l’endroit n’est pas celui sur l’annonce. Ils nous ont emmené dans un autre endroit pas sécurisé sans porte d’entrée. L’endroit était sombre et la porte d’entreez Cassée! Le Lit était cassé, les toilettes sales et la cuisine insalubre. Honte à vous hotels.com De proposer cet établissement !!!! Une honte

Struttura poco curata. La serratura della stanza era difficile da aprire, il wc/bidet ( incorporato) si smontava ed era scomodo da usare. Per la cifra pagata non vale la pena. La zona è generalmente cara, ma qui come stato della stanza non si raggiunge la sufficienza. Un gruppo di ragazzi magari non nota nulla, ma per una famiglia non lo consiglierei

Appartamento ampio e climatizzato ,con angolo cottura ben fornito. La struttura è fornita di lavanderia self, e si trova in una posizione strategica , perchè a meno do 8 min dal centro , ma a 8 minuti da quasi ogni spiaggia, anche a 8 min dall'isola di Caprera.

Good value for money. Not super nice, but everything you need. Bed very comfortable. For us was the price the important thing, becausr we spent the most of our time at the beach and not in the appartment. 😉🏖 Staff very friendly.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito su un’isola spettacolare. Poco lontano dal centro ma comunque comodo per andare dovunque su La Maddalena. Personale gentile e disponibile Se devo trovare una pecca, darei più attenzione ai dettagli: all’arrivo sarebbe bello trovare il frigorifero freddo, la carta igienica e il sapone

Siamo stati in questo residence per passare delle giornate sull'isola. Sono dei veri e propri appartamenti con cucina arredati molto bene, spaziosi e confortevoli. Idealissimo per chi viaggia con la famiglia.

B&b gigantesco
L’appartamento era gigante, due terrazzi, cucina due stanze e bagno, pulito e comfortevole, l’unica pecca è che non ha l’ascensore, e poi si in trova in una strada in salita, quindi abbastanza faticoso per persone anziane e con problemi di mobilità.

Quando ho prenotato l'importo richiesto era di 57€ per 1 notte, una volta arrivato mi sono stati chiesti altri 57 € per la pulizia piu' una somma per la biancheria. Veramente vergognoso che per una sola notte abbia pagato 114 euro nonostante l'offerta parlasse di 57.

Le vele et le Maree sont 2 résidences différentes..Les photos correspondent au Vele . Le Maree ne dispose pas des mêmes services que le Vele (laverie ,coin boisson) et les balcons sont plus petits Appartement correct mais isolation insuffisante Très bonne réception de katte

Abbiamo prenotato in fretta e furia ma è andata bene. Alla reception sono stati super gentili e alla fine abbiamo anche pagato meno di quello che veniva fuori da Expedia! Consiglio a tutti quelli che faranno un salto in questo posto meraviglioso di alloggiare al residence!

Qualità medio-bassa dell'appartamento
Tutto sommato un soggiorno di qualità media, le foto presenti su sito riguardano principalmente gli appartamenti presenti nella struttura principale (le vele) mentre quelli che vengono offerti sono di metratura inferiore ed in un'altra struttura (le maree), la quale dista circa 1 km da "le vele", inoltre ciò non viene specificato in modo chiaro sul sito pertanto siamo rimasti un po' sorpresi, fortunatamente la ragazza (gentilissima) presente alla reception (comune ad entrambi i residence ma posizionata a "le vele") si offerta di darci un passaggio con la propria auto a "le maree", diciamo che come organizzazione e chiarezza delle informazioni ci sarebbe un pochino migliorare ... Relativamente all'appartamento, oltre alla metratura più ridotta, occorre segnalare la presenza di un piccolissimo balcone e la pulizia certamente migliorabile.

Demasiado lejos y bastante sucio ( malos olores ).
So far from the centre of the town. There are missing elements for cleaning the dishes, cooking oil, basic cooking things. Comfortable bed, large apartment. Kitchen that works not so well, smelt very bad (we had to aerate and clean again all the apartment )
