「A great little hotel of Thai or East Asia vibes. There's some effort put into architecture and construction making it a relaxing and cozy place of rest. A good find to be in Manila with good value for the price. Staff helpful and I had a courtesy. The only things to improve a bit is that there should be a 24 hrs service at front desk instead of as of now 6am-11pm. There could perhaps be a need of change of toilets since they are of the older type. Had some minor issues with them. For the noise...

「This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA.」

「Room is clean!!! Have a strong AC!! my daughter sleeps well. Also, the 7-Eleven connected to the hotel is a lifesaver - no more venturing out for a quick snack or essential item! I have a great stay with my family. Thank you」

「Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate 」

「Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. It was also a surprisingly quiet night given that Sogo is the hub for "love couples" running on and off to rooms for shorts 24hrs. Also located directly to the train station. Else it's...

「Not to bad. No windows was hard. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Other then that it wasn’t to bad.」

「The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.」
