「I had high expectations for this 4 star hotel until I figured out that the scale is out of 10 stars. I booked the luxury studio suite which advertised city view. We got to the room to find only one window that opens up to the hallway. The hallway that connects from the lobby, meaning every guest could look inside if they wanted to.
