The place, the staff where very friendly and always attentive to your needs.

If you want to stay in a secure, well maintained and close to major business centers in the city this is the place to stay. I frequently visit Caracas and this hotel has always kept a safe environment for the business traveler

Excelente Ubicación! Excelente instalaciónes y staff!

This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES!!! if you really want to feel like a million dollars and be treated like a King, PLEASE PLEASE and if you make it to Caracas, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL... The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words.. But make sure to stay more...

Great location friendly staff

One of the best alternatives in Caracas. It is secure and very convenient. Also, the food store at the ground floor is a big plus.

Everything was exceptional and the staff was amazing

Todo bien

By far the best hotel in Caracas. Better by a mile than Melia, BonVoy and EuroBuilding. Best service, nice view, top modern rooms, tv incl streaming on all TV’s. The room size is amazing!
