"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "It's in a quiet residential area. Not too far to highway. About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... The little heated swimming pool and hot tub was awesome..Unfortunately the owner/manager speaks French only.. and all informations also only written in French..."

It didn’t work immediately for us and we couldn’t get any help as we checked in a Saturday and the customer service is only available during business hours, Monday to Friday. "
