I love the brand new building and all the hanging plants around the balcony was pretty. The kitchen had all ample utensils for cooking. The bathroom was beautifully put together. Not 1 bug got in the whole week I was there which for me made for a good nights sleep. There are 2 dogs next door that bark but its not too bad. Honestly I came to realize that I like those dogs barking some to keep bad people away even though the property is gated. I always bring ear puddy on my vacations anyway I find its way better then ear plug keeps all noise out. John the owner is very attentive with communication through whatsapp. The housekeeper was sweet, attentive but not intrusive she was absolutely worth leaving a tip I should have left more. Good A/C in bedroom that cools the whole place and a fan in the livingroom/kitchen area it was enough to keep me cool. It literally felt like home away from home so yes I would stay again.

This was a very convenient location within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in la fortuna. The waterfall and volcano are only a short drive away. The owner is kind and a good communicator.

It's a new property built by the owner during covid. Nice apartment and kitchen, common room a little small. Building still under construction for new suites being built. Owner very helpful. Nice location, off main road so quiet, but near the centre of La Fortuna.

John was awesome!! Some renovations were in progress but the workers were courteous, quiet and clean. The apartment was very clean. The neighbours dogs woke us one night and did bark quite a bit during the day/evening as well

Would give 5 stars if the kitchen had a microwave and the living room had air conditioning. Also, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Otherwise, this was a very clean, spacious, economical, and convenient home base for exploring the attractions around La Fortuna. The owner was responsive and helpful in accommodating an early check-in.

Amazing off the grid apartment
The apartment was very modern and clean. The location is amazing and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Cesar was very friendly and helpful.

New and clean apartment
This apartment is relatively new, well-appointed with cookware Etc. The apartment was clean and the manager communicated very well, and very quickly. Anything that we needed was provided. We can recommend this place to other travelers. The manager also made helpful recommendations for Hot Springs.

THIS PLACE IS IMMACULATE
We were there for 3 nights and we really liked this place, the place was IMMACULATE, very modern and new and it was nice to have a full kitchen, and coffee included. The location is safe and walkable to everything. The bed was super comfortable too. Pool we didn't use much but they have chairs etc set up so that you can. Only 2 minor things i would say is that you can't put toilet paper down the toilet so it has to go in a bin, which is not ideal on a romantic trip but not a deal breaker, and better than the toilet backing up. Bedroom windows could use curtains to black out the room but i am a very PICKY sleeper so likely wouldn't both anyone else. Overall i would highly recommend this place!!

Everything was great. The only complaint is that due to the proximity to the main road where the bars and restaurants are located, it was a bit noisy at night. But the tradeoff there was that it was very easy to walk around the neighborhood. The property manager was great as well. Was very responsive to texts (thru WhatsApp), and even helped me locate an item at a store that I needed that I wasn't able to find on my own thru internet searches.

The apartment was perfect, very clean, very spacious the price was excellent and the owner/staff were great. Only complaint the neighbours dog is a but if a barker and the nightclub is loud but we drowned out most with the fan.

Hands down, you can't beat the location. It's located in a traditional neighborhood just one block off the main strip. Its very safe and an easy walk to everything. The apartments are very modern and clean, and César was very quick to respond when we had questions about activities, transportation, etc.

Great apartment in a great location. Communication from management was great. Good directions as the place could be hard to find. The apartment is clean, but it is Costa Rica so do not leave food out on the counters as the ants are pretty bad.

Modern Apartment.
I usually don’t write review but this property is an exception. * The apartment should have been a 4.5 star. The place is brand new and very modern. The AC works really well and quiet. * Location- 5-10 minutes walking from downtown. It’s one block off the main road so it is quiet from traffic and restaurant at night. I feel very safe and comfortable. You will not regret staying here.

Location was great; right in La Fortuna, within walking distance to pretty much everything. Full kitchen, grocery stores nearby, so could eat in when we wanted. Host was super communicative and very courteous. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property with easy access to restaurants and shopping La Fortuna. Cesar was a fantastic host, he allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, as we were moving from another property in La Fortuna that didn't meet our expectations. Cesar went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get settled. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.
The apartments are clean, in good condition, and near to downtown Arenal. Just note, it’s a serviced apartment, not a traditional hotel, so there’s no front desk, concierge, room service, etc.

The pros and cons of this property: Pros: Spacious apartment with kitchen Modern Air conditioning Good communication from Cesar- he’s helpful Walking distance to stores/restaurants Free secure parking Cons: Only view from our room was horrible Hot water in shower almost nonexistent (even though I followed instructions on turning on shower water) Front door locks are faulty Bed isn’t comfortable Pool is for sitting in only Property owner downstairs lets her kids wander around and we had a little girl pounding on our door yelling for her momma when we were in bed, had to get up and go try to find her mother - who seemed annoyed and ungrateful when we brought her daughter down. Had to Indiana Jones our checkout because we had to leave keys inside the gate, so had to push a button and make a run through the gate to get out before it closed - which was kind of fun, but shouldn’t be what you need to do to checkout.

The property manager was very communicative to make sure we got in ok. The entire property (there were 3 or 4 units) was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance from the main street in La Fortuna and the owner was available, communicative, and very hospitable in making sure all needs were met. A great stay!

Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns gefallen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Er hat sehr schnell und gut reagiert, als wir unser Zimmer tauschen wollten. In unserem ersten Appartement roch es sehr stark aus dem Abfluss. Im nächsten Appartement war es dann besser. Gut ist, dass vieles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Aber leider war es insbesondere am Freitag und Samstag durch den Club in der Nähe so laut, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Auch Sonntag und Montag war es laut, aber zumindest nicht die ganze Nacht.

Derrière le volcan Arenal
Bel appartement situé à quelques centaines de mètres du centre et des restaurants Le volcan Arenal est juste derrière L’appartement est spacieux et confortable mis à part le canapé Un peu de bruit avec les chiens Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de poivre et sopalin pour des clients itinérants Sinon RAS vous pouvez réserver
