「The staff was helpful even moved us rooms when my wife preferred a higher floor. However the room we did end up in had a funny smell which we couldn’t identify but we were too tired to complain. Also I noticed water on the floor around the ice maker on that floor but honestly have no idea if it was a leak or someone spilled anything. On the plus side, the breakfast was very nice.」

「The staff was excellent including the girls working in maid service! Very personable and helpful. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Pool was clean. Hotel was close to our event at Norris Lake. I would definitely stay at this property again.」

「The property is well located, adjacent to I-75, and within 5 miles of historic downtown Clinton. The fall decor was beautiful in the lobby. Staff were friendly and personable. Room was very clean and well appointed.」

「The price was the best part of the stay. You get what ya pay for they say.」

「The room was clean」

「The roaches were really nice」

The front desk apologized and moved us up to the next floor but it was still disappointing to experience not just one room but...

「It was very clean, beds were comfy, and the staff was great!」

「This was a 2 night stay, and when we arrived the entrance was unkept. We requested 2 rooms next to each other and on the first floor, no smoking. We were told the rooms were non smoking, but when we opened the door it was clear they were not! The front desk receptionist tried to help us by brining a room spray, we requested more towels, and were asked if we had more than 2 people staying with us. Mildew in the bathroom, carpet so dirty we work socks. Guest sit outside of their rooms in a...

「Entry door had an inch gap at the bottom. Gnats were an issue. Hotel needs remodeling. Tub drain is slow.」
