There is no physical staff to check you in. You check in with someone who is remote with spotty internet connection so it takes extra time to check in. No one comes by to clean your room, if you need any towels you need to go grab them yourself. Walls are supper thin can hear ppl next door and ppl walking around upstairs.

Love this hotel, location is great, rooms are not too cramped and well maintained. Clean rooms, staff are friendly. Bit of a wait for lifts but to be expected. Our only disappointment is the chaotic breakfast, we tried different times and regardless had to queue to get a table and the selection of food using great, we’ve stayed before and it’s definitely deteriorated from when we’ve been there before. People can be rude and it wasn’t a great dining experience any day we were there. So actually wouldn’t stay again if we were looking to build in breakfast. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

Property is a bit outdated but yet still expensive. Showers was nice but furniture needs replacement along with a little painting would definitely help. (Some TLC) The price of the hotel and food was not deserving to be that outdated. Was unable to open balcony doors and restaurant on the 17th floor was booked for a party but nothing notified of this, found out when we got there.

I paid for a superior room with king bed with the photo clearly showing a desk and chair. My room did not have any desk or chair. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked when I checked in, with no apparent effort to fix the others. On my last day, only one elevator worked while hordes of people were waiting on every floor to go down, including many with luggage. We had to ride all the way up to the top on the sole working elevator to make sure we could squeeze in as there was no other way to make it down from floor 23 with our luggage.

Well located and quiet.
