"Wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in Cali. The staff were very attentive to our needs, set up airport transportation, even arranged for a doctor to come evaluate when ill. The hotel offers an incredible breakfast each morning and has 4 different restaurants, all our meals were delicious, especially the sancocho! Beautiful pool and spa. Convenient to town and tour spots also. We highly recommend. "

"The hotel is located on the hill of San Antonio not far from the park and San Antonio church. It’s an airy nice hotel in the wonderful neighborhood of San Antonio. The door to our room led to an inner courtyard. The room was spacious with air conditioning and a wonderful ceiling fan. It had a strong shower and a safe box breakfast of fruit eggs, and an arepa was delicious. The staff was helpful and got us a taxi to the airport on independence Day. "Hotel was just average... linen with womens hair in it...women hair on the floor... shower head not working well, shower drain backed up a little... minor things like that. Superior front desk staff! very accommodating to your request... I loved that! Give them all raises!!!"
