「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the breakfast. Gave a lot of information about the city - what to see, where to eat etc. The breakfast was made fresh - very tasty and with personal touch.」

「Location amazing. had a lovely room overlooking the square」

「客房，早餐都太好了」

「Great location, very helpful staff. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good. It can be a bit noisy at night due to the location in the city centre but I would stay there again when in Quito.」

「Very good」

「WiFi was decent but did break up sometimes. Friendly staff but often didn’t have information such as once I asked about laundry and the staff wasn’t sure and didn’t try to help and find out. It’s a budget hostel, good value for the money in the city historic center. You can walk alone at night u til about 830-9pm. Uber is plentiful. Decent traditional restaurants around within walking distance. Hostel is quiet except for the construction - so be mindful if you take naps or sleep in behind 8am....

「Amazing breakfast, staff, comfy bed, and location. I will definitely go back when I am in Quito. Also a huge shoutout to the driver, the hotel sent to pick us up, and dropped us off at the airport Christian what a delight.」

「位置在斜坡上，出行有点困难。早餐比较一般。」

「Todo bien」

「The room was clean, so I had no issues there. However, it was disappointing that the breakfast was of a lower standard compared to other hotels I have stayed at.」
