"The reception, check-in, value, location, vicinity to public transport, silence and insulation all 5/5 and 10/10 stars but only one thing I did not like which is the cleaning and making up the room is not good at all but for everything and overall I will score you as 10/10. Hand wash soap containers were empty! All days missed by the cleaners only last day when I reported it. Luckily we had our own soap. The other issue the duvet covers and bed sheets made in hurry without professional making or folding! Other hotels even when not washed or laundered are made up in a reasonable tidy way. "

"After travelling for hours on New Year's day, I just wanted somewhere to rest my head after a long drive. Arriving at midnight, a key code is required for check in (which is supposed to be sent via email, but wasn't). Long story short 20 minutes standing in the dark and cold, managed to get checked in. I particularly liked the paper thing walls - the good rodgering dished out to the lady of the night (in the room next door) was nothing short of amazing. Well done sir. I also liked the modern sink shaped toilet in the room (complete with yellow stains). I'd stay again if I was in the same situation. Served a purpose."
