"Our flight was delayed on July 11, so we did not arrive until the morning of July 12. However, we still had to pay for the night before, even though we were not actually in the room.
When we finally arrived, we had to change rooms three different times. The hotel has a no-smoking policy, but someone was smoking, and the smell came into our room, so we had to move. We were then told that the hotel was completely booked, so they could not give us the junior suite we had originally booked....
