One thing I will say is, states breakfast included, So we was shocked that we was told only adults, children was not allowed to eat breakfast, and we would have to pay for them separately. "A room with a view of Lac Leman was a nice treat. The restaurant, Zaino, was directly located at the hotel and menu and service was excellent. We had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed our overall experience."

"The hotel has an excellent location, nice rooms, and even a small elevator. It would get a 10 if not for lacking air conditioning, and a mini fridge would also be useful. I give it an 8 due to these two things. We opened the windows and these made the room cooler at night, but in the morning be prepared for delivery vehicles and street sweepers noises. The price was right, breakfast was good, and staff were nice. I would stay again."
