"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower in the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we found hairs in the soap holder and on the shower walls. Also, although the hotel is advertised as smoke-free, our room had a noticeable cigarette odor. Addressing these issues would make the stay even more enjoyable for future guests."

"Air conditioner didn't work, it came on but soon after shut down, it did this all night. The bathroom door creaked so loud it woke us up if we used it while the other was sleeping. We werent going to change rooms in the middle of the night. Other guests were very loud in the hallways (in the middle of the night) staff did nothing, at one point 2 staff members walked right through center of the crowd(they were blocking the hall).
