"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"As a family of five, we had an excellent stay at this hotel/apartment. The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. There were also several stores nearby that sold everything we needed for the beach, including water shoes, floaties, goggles, and other essentials for kids. Having a pharmacy just around the corner was also very convenient (although it is closed on Sundays). The...

"Great staff and very nice hotel"

"I usually don’t make reviews, but I must for this. The reviews and ratings on Expedia were generous at best. When we first arrived and entered our room, the bathroom was riddled with mold and stains, specifically near the shower and the toilet. The hotel staff were accommodating and provide us a new room, but that room also had the same issues. We ended up leaving, and booking a new hotel that same night because we just didn’t feel like the property was not well-maintained and cleanly."
