"Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. Beautiful views across the hotel and great beach. Did not really enjoy the food at the restaurants so chose to order in remaining days. Went to Maritim which is round the corner for some horse riding and there are way better facilities available there. Overall, still great."

"Our room was clean and very well equipped- our thanks to Geetanjalee. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with so many options available for all dietary requirements. The setting is superb with spectacular views over various pools towards the ocean - and the sunsets were amazing."

Late at night, around 12:00 a.m., when some food was accidentally spilled on the deck, he personally came to assist. He brought a mop and cleaned the area himself with great care and professionalism. This level of dedication, especially at such a late hour, truly reflects the high standards and genuine hospitality of the resort staff. Moments like this made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the team, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable vacation in Mauritius."

"They are thieves and scammers. They denied the online payment and asked me to pay again. When i reported the matter to the police, the man threatened to kill me. At dawn, they owner would come knock at my door so hard to disturb my sleep. They are wicked people. All these events happened so fast within a day. I left on the second day without getting the back the money i paid online for 14nights plus the additional 14 nights extra money i paid. I lost all my monies. The police could not help. All they could say was that they also hate those guys and that was all. I would not recommend this guesthouse to anyone, even if it is offered for free."
