「The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. 「服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。」

「Great place, quiet, food options was minimal. But there ate nearby restaurants. Food was really good but many ants during breakfast buffe and on the tables during lunch/dinner. We were confronted by the restaurant manager one morning and askes why we did not like the mauritian buffe the night before. Only one of us had the buffe and it was amazing. So i dont know what happend there.」
