This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. 「Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him. The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with...

「La résidence est calme est très bien située, proche des commerces et juste à côté de la station de ski. La vue du 3ème étage est magnifique et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Le monsieur de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Cependant, la literie est peu confortable. 」
