We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for a local sporting event. Everywhere was clean and the service from the staff was great. The restaurant was slightly on the pricier side but was still enjoyable.

A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia.

This property is great value for money and is really close to thebest lifts in Alp d’Huez. For the cost it is really smart and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all really niceand helpful. €20 to use the spa which we were happy paying. Only advice is to get a room at the backof the property as the frontis quite noisey.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great. Breakfast is 5 star. A few mins walk and you're on the Marmottes 1 chairlift. Ideal.

Good location, great breakfast and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. We were staying on a bed and breakfast tariff and the breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Bar area a good size with comfortable seating and an open fire. Our only criticism is the fact that you have to pay extra for the sauna/jaquzzi when you are a hotel guest. I can understand that you need to book a time/slot as it is small but €20 each per hour was very disappointing, we decided not to use it so can’t comment on the facility. The pool area looked clean with a lovely view.

Clean, nice bar and restaurant with lovely view. Views from the room were spectacular. Good location. Food on half board option pretty good. Very good breakfast. Disappointed that there was a charge (quite a lot) to use sauna and jacuzzi as chose the hotel for that reason. Not clear when booking.

Great hotel. Good for summertime biking & hiking

Very helpful reception staff who were full of information, friendly and happy to help and make reservations, etc. Comfortable and spacious hotel with good breakfast and dinner options. Good location for a biking/hiking holiday with plenty of free parking out front and secure & roomy luggage area where they are happy to store your bike

Nice hotel but disappointing spa

Really nice hotel let down by the spa which is not free for hotel guests, only fits 6 people in at a time and has to be reserved in advance in hour slots. Otherwise the hotel is great - friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice bar / lounge area, really good breakfast, ski hire in the hotel which is only 5 mins walk to the chair lifts.

Très bel hôtel

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille, avec un bébé de 1 an, et globalement notre expérience a été positive. L’hôtel est bien adapté aux jeunes enfants : chaises hautes et lits parapluie sont disponibles. La situation est excellente, facile d’accès, avec un grand parking juste devant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et les produits sont de qualité, même si tout n’est pas fait maison. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées (mini-frigo, machine à café, bouilloire). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la séparation entre les sanitaires, la salle de bain et la chambre. L’espace piscine est très propre, la mise à disposition de draps de bain/ peignoir et chaussons est très appréciable. Points à améliorer : • Accueil à l’arrivée : chargés avec bébé dans les bras, nous avons dû patienter une dizaine de minutes pour le check-in, sans qu’un chariot à bagages nous soit proposé. • Service au petit-déjeuner : personnel occupé et froid. • Mobilier des chambres en bon état mais ayant déjà bien vécu. En résumé, un séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé et adapté aux familles, améliorations possibles quant à la qualité de l’accueil et le service du personnel qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
