There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished.

Excellent, everything was ok.

Excellent property, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with walk in showers, very clean. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Excellent location about 5 minutes or less walk into Old Town. The service at Revelton Suites was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient and it was in a quiet area. I really liked the fact that there was free parking available.

Front desk staff was great with special kudos to Henry.

Excellent hotel within a short walking distance from the airport, very reasonably priced

Very good hotel, well located, breakfast was delicious, service excellent

The Kreutzwald Hotel is a very nice, comfortable hotel near downtown Tallinn. While it is not IN downtown and therefore a short walk from shops and old town, it is very comfortable and affordable. For the business traveler, ideal since much of their time is spent doing business and not seeing the sights. Still nice for the holiday traveler, but not as convenient as a hotel in old town, but you don't have to pay the price of old town, plus the rooms are more spacious than those in old town.
