Unge og svært lite imøtekommende personalet i resepsjonen. Vi følte det var ubehagelig å spørre om noe når vi var der. I resturanten var det grei servise fra servitørene, men tror ikke vi så noen smilte en eneste gang. Rommene var fine, virket som ok renhold, se bort fra brukte plastkopper som lå under nattbord. Svært dyrt spa i forhold til andre spa i nærheten. I tillegg var det tidsbegrensnig på bruk av spaanlegg, så vi fant ett annet sted vi kunne kose oss hele dagen til under halve prisen. Alt i alt ett ok hotell om du kun skal ha ett sted å sove og spise frokost.

Besøk i Kreurzwald 24.07-25.07.25

Hotell var meget OK for prisnivå, hadde jacizzi i baderom og rom var stor nokk for vennegjeng. Frokost var bra og utvalg av retter var mer en OK.Vi brukte ikke Italiensk restaurant på kvelden. Hadde lyst å teste Sauna på morgonen(open 07-19) men det var ikke oppvarmt, som var den eneste ulempe med denne opphåld👍😊

Mukava henkilökunta. Hyvä ilmastointi. Hieman jo kulunut hotelli. Aamupala oli ok, kahvin kanssa olisin kaivannut jotakin makeaa. Yöllä hotellille tultaessa olisi kaivannut suolapalaa ja jääkaappi lukossa aulassa eikä henkilökunta vastannut kutsuun. Minibaari olisi ollut kiva lisä huoneessa.

Good value, newer hotel

Newer hotel about a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Room was spacious, however our twin room had 2 twin beds lined up together with 1 topper covering both, essentially making it like a king size bed where every movement of the other person was felt, leading to a disruptive sleep. There is more than adequate space in room to rectify this. Jetted, deep tub in bathroom with shower was a bit treacherous to climb in and out of, with no grab bar. Room was immaculate. Breakfast selection was a good variety but none of the hot food was actually hot. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Rauhallinen ja mukava hotelli. Yksityiskäyttöön varattava spa oli tosi kiva, höyrysauna, sauna ja lämmin vesi jacuzzissa toi lomaan mukavuutta ja rentoutta. Sängyt oli hyvät nukkua, vauvansänkykin järjestyi hyvin pyynnöstä.

Toista kertaa, varmaan vielä uudestaan

Toista kertaa yöpymässä. Loistava sijainti hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Tosi tilava perhehuone ja kahdessa kaapissa hyvin säilytystilaa vaatteille. Yksi huono puoli; kierrätyksestä ei ole tietoakaan eli kaikki roskat samaan roskakoriin.
