「The staff are lovely and the location is good. The hotel is quite old and run down. The rooftop pool isn’t great and the downstairs pool hardly gets any sunshine. The room is a decent size and the bed/pillows are fantastic. The bathroom is poorly designed and the shower system is awful. Mould has grown that can’t be removed due to the shower setup and drainage issues. If you’re looking for a well priced hotel in a good location this is fine. 「Room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Was so good to have our own private pool and jacuzzi and the bed was so comfy. Nice touch to have 2 smart tvs in our smart loft upstairs and downstairs. The staff were so friendly and always greeted you when walking past. Breakfast was yummy but although we preordered on one day they had no record of the pre order and other days it took a while to come even with pre order.」

「Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). The location of the villa is medium, it is not located at the center of Seminyak but not far away from the restaurants and shopping areas.」
