I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!

The villas have an awesome view. The staff is friendly and very helpful and can assist you with all your questions. Got great tips the first day on beaches to visit, warungs to choose etc which were excellent. Breakfast was great They provide towels for the beach every day Villas are really quiet so you sleep very good Some minor issues. The door was really hard to close. One power output next to the bed didnt work for the entire week. Last 3 nights, no hot water in the shower (not fun when you have a fever) food was ok but nothing special Unfortunately the pool water is really cold and the sun barely touches it all day. So we actually didnt use it for an entire week. The villas are around 10 min by scooter from the centre of Kuta.. so it requires a scooter. The hotel can provide scooters

Needs some work to be a nice place

The hotel has a lot of potential as the view is gorgeous and the room was spacious. Sadly that was ruined by the fact that over a 4 night stay we never got to use the private pool as it was green. We told the staff multiple times and they barely cleaned it, the first time we watched the guy and he only skimmed the top, never used a brush where the algae was. Other things are very small but shows the eye for detail isn’t the best like our doors were super hard to open to enter the room, the had no toilet paper holder, the bedroom door doesn’t shut as it hits the tv, outlet by the bed didn’t work, stove top took 20min to make 2 scrambled eggs. Again the view is amazing and if they can fix these minor issues we would return.

Vu à coupé le souffle ! L’hôtel est à à peine 10 minutes du centre en scooter. Et personnel très gentil, à l’écoute et très serviable ( linges à laver, scooter, taxi, serviette de plages..) et le tout avec le sourire ! Merci
