Hotel it was OK but front staff never pay attention just play cell phone no greeting nothing and night before I leave I just remind front staff could u please wake up call coz we need to go airport early but no one call us lucky we make alam by ourself too and towel in our room it to old and black no one change toothbrush look like nobody care

An average hostel is cleaner and safer

First walked in, blinds didn't work and staff member just said sorry; I reported ants all over the table and that safety box was latched open (thus could not program code or be used at all), when I returned to the room the table was then covered in dead ants that must have just been sprayed and left and safety box still not fixed (forgot to mention the lovely lipstick stain on coffee mug when I tried to make coffee in the room). Because the safe was never fixed I couldn't use it and eventually found a bit of money missing which the manager said was investigated but no conclusion. Though they did try to replace amount, in rupiah not the usd which I had and purposely keep for safety while traveling abroad, it was already a lost cause with this place. (This was the only day I had left anything valuable in room like cash. I had it in a purse, inside a backpack covered in a spot that would not have needed any attention, when I got back later that afternoon the purse had clearly been shifted). The manager said they'd had a staff briefing on better practice and they offered a ride to airport. However, when it was 15 minutes past the time they said the driver would leave, when I inquired at front desk no one knew where driver was and staff started laughing. There are hundreds of comparably priced options in this area - check those out first!

スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、６階のサンセットロードに面したツィンベットの部屋に滞在したが 前の景色がよく見え快適だった、難を言えば部屋が少し狭かったが綺麗で清潔だつた、冷蔵庫が無かったが１階の冷蔵庫を自由に使わせてもらうことが出来た。

Overnight stay here after touched down at Bali before moving to other parts of the island the following day. We checked in at 4pm and walked to Kuta beach to view our first sunset in Bali.

Very nice hotel

Is was pleasant stay at Sun Royal. The rooms are clean and service is very good. Hotel staff is very friendly and co-operative. The only suggestion is that the room could have been slightly bigger. Overall experience is very good and I would recommend this hotel to others for budget stay in Bali.

房間整體很不錯,價格便宜,距離鬧區也不遠,但缺少室內冰箱,吹風機需另與櫃檯要求才有,甚至可以少給兩條浴巾,一些小瑕疵,如果可以修正將會更好~

It's a good hotel, but too noisy.

The hotel staff is very friendly,lively and passionately. But there is a swimming pool in the middle of building,so every morning is very noisy,if you would like to be a quite place,it isn't a good place for rest.

整体感觉就是一般，就只是便宜。位置离KUTA海滩有10分钟车程。酒店临街，隔音不好，所以晚上很吵。卫生也一般，毛巾都是那种用了很久有点发黑的。

Nice hotel away from the center of Kuta.

Very nice hotel. It is out on Sunset, so it is a little far from the main area of Kuta. Taxis are cheap so getting around is affordable. I didn't not opt for the included breakfast as it was quite the price premium. Room was well maintained and everyting worked. Know that the room does not have a mini-fridge. Aircon worked, but the thermostat did not, so you had to turn the aircon off once the room was cool. The staff was friendly and helpful.
